Our business was established on the standards of diligent work, honesty, obligation, responsibility, and straightforwardness. As a result, we pride ourselves on the fairness of the services we provide, and we are fully transparent regarding the analysis behind our prices.  

We are located in Atlanta, GA and primarily contract deals in the Southeastern region of the USA. We work with a wide range of properties:

Our founders, Dave and Alline, are both alumni of The Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Engineering and Accounting respectively. As a former external auditor at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, Alline has been able to learn much from being on the engagement teams of several industries including real estate clients with hundreds of billions of investor capital under management and value of global real estate portfolios surpassing half of a trillion dollars.
